Hi, my Toshiba Satellite laptop has been facing a huge problem. I recently re-installed Windows 8.1, and it blue screens on startup. The error was Unmountable Boot Medium. If I re-install Windows again, the operating system will appear to be fully functional, other than the fact that disk usage would be at 100%. As soon as I restart the computer after installing, the BSOD on startup starts again. I don't know what to do! Is it possible to fix?

UPDATE: I'm getting a new hard drive, you can get around the unmountable boot medium by re installing Windows a whole bunch of times, but I wouldn't recommend doing that.
