I want to run my fans at Full Speed & I don't have extra chassis fan slots anyway so I bought this adapter on Amazon: http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00SBQRFJY

Typically Molex to 3 Pin Converters have only 2 wires connected but this one is strange as It got 3. I am confused to plug-in as I don't want any short-circuit

If you look at the attached Pictures, Out of 3 colors, Purple is usually not there in other converters I've seen. so kind of strange thing.

Should I leave it as it is or cut and seal the wire?
P.S: This is a duplicate thread, I got no real solution in other thread. I even tried deleting but found no option to do it and reported mod to do it himself

Solution
Plugging in a Molex from the PSU to the white Molex connector in the right of your picture will provide the following at the 3 wire fan connector according to your colored lines/arrows:
The center (yellow) wire will be +12V
The other two (black) wires will be common (ground)
The fan will run and the tach feedback at the fan will be grounded out.

It will be fine to use it like that. The fan will run at full RPM at all times.
