yesterday i was watching a movie on my synology ds215j. i connected the laptop to the diskstation using a network wire and i disabled the wifi. 1 hour into the movie i get another BSOD:-

why is this happening? what is the cause of the issue? i am not updating windows and i am not updating drivers. i just update driver for nvidia card when a new version comes out. after the 2nd BSOD i went to the alienware site and i updated 2 intel drivers

the log suggests that the driver of network card is to blame, but i have the latest version as per the alienware site

what do i do? are those 2 BSOD related or not?
