whenever i play a game (mostly minecraft) i am always getting laggy and sometimes i dont get any lag for a few seconds. When the games are loading up, the cpu (on task manager) uses around 100% of its capability however when i am playing the game, it lags out so much however it uses only LESS than a quarter of the processor and when i set the priority to real time it doesn't change. Is there something limiting the use cos it wont use over 25%. I have also cleaned the inside of my computer on the same day i posting this and im getting on average around 30C so it has nothing to do with overheating
