GA-Z97M-D3H
or
GA-H97M-HD3 (which is only support 16 GB ram
or
Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5 (expensive but if i get more computer and gaming performance please tell me )
or
GA-H97M-D3H (cheap i dont khnow why )

also i have onother question
a freind told me
if you are not going to overclock dont get the i5 4690k and the Z97 these are made for people who overclock
and if you are not going to overclock these will not work good or give you full performance in games and also because a board is made for overclock they will not last long like normal boards or cpu

do you agree with him ?

im not going to overclock but i dont mind pay a little more money for a quality bord and cpu because the GA-Z97M-D3H is more expensive than the h97m so i thing it will be btter right ?? thanks.

Going to take this one statement at a time:

if you are not going to overclock dont get the i5 4690k and the Z97 these are made for people who overclock

True: If you do not intend to overclock, you can usually save money by going with non-overclocking parts (non-K processors/H97 motherboards).

and if you are not going to overclock these will not work good or give you full performance in games

False: While you can get more performance from these, you should consider it an extra bonus. These processors work just fine in all games whether you over-clock them or not.

and also because a board is made for overclock they will not last long like normal boards or cpu

False: Most motherboards, whether you overclock or not...

See - Motherboard tier list : http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2383150/motherboard-tier-list.html
If you are not going to overclock, get i5 4590 + h97 build, since it will save you some money (you can invest in better GPU, more important for modern gaming) and you barely notice any performance difference between OC/non OC while gaming.
Nothing wrong with OC motherboards, theoretically they should last longer (thanks to better power/thermal design).
Cheaper does not necessarily means low quality, it just has less features.

If you not overclocking the cpu, you can get a cheaper i5 such as an i5 4460. There is not much point going with an expensive Z97 unless you want it for aesthetics reason or for SLI. No, Z97 is perfectly fine if you overclock or not, it just makes less sense to go with a Z97 if you're not overclocking. Certain Z97 is built better in terms of quality so it allows better overclocking results.

False: Most motherboards, whether you overclock or not, will live long past their usefulness; meaning you will have built/purchased one or more newer computers before this motherboard fails.
