Hi guys, something really strange is happening. Today when I went to log onto my account, it was stuck on the welcome screen for a good 10 minutes before I restarted, again and again. So then I booted into safe mode, and I was able to get in fine. Just to be safe I restored to the previous day. This did not work. I was able to login to another account, however it was pretty much frozen (Taskbar frozen, about 10 minutes to open task manager) I have no idea what's going on. Usually it takes me 30 seconds to boot and login.

My Hardware is
i7-4790k
Radeon 7950 3GB sapphire video card
ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 motherboard
Samsung 840 Evo 250GB
Some WD 1tb hdd

EDIT: after letting it sit logged into the 2nd account after about 20 minutes, it all seems to unfreeze.

Solution
Probably just an update that took a long time to complete. Same happened to my Mom's computer (she panicked and called me to investigate). After about 1/2 an hour of letting it do it's thing, it was back to normal.
