AT&T vs. Verizon

In a few months my plan with Verizon is going to end and I'm wanting to get a galaxy s6 active. Originally I was going to stay with Verizon and get the droid turbo, but I think having a waterproof phone is really cool and both services have pretty good signal in my area. Can somebody who knows a lot about mobile phones and networks tell me which provider has the best promotions, features, and pricing? Thanks!

Verizon carries a Tough Phone. Bought it for my Step Father when I put him on my plan. He is a mechanic. Actually dropped it into an Oil drip pan. A Kyocera Brigadier. Still works to this day. Verizon's network is honestly a little better in my opinion compared to AT&T. Plus, after I switched from AT&T to Verizon I have had nothing but good luck and saved some cash along the way.
