the new micro atx motherboard i want to upgrade to it is bigger by 0.50 cm than my old micro atx will it fit ??

my old motherboard is
GA-B75M-D3H (1.Micro ATX Form Factor; 24.4cm x 22.0cm)

the new one i want to buy it is
GA-Z97M-D3H (1.Micro ATX Form Factor; 24.4cm x 22.5cm)

will the holes be the same ? 22.0 to 22.5

M-ATX is a standard describing the arrangement of the mounting holes and backplate position.
Any M-ATX case will fit any M-ATX motherboard. (and the subset smaller ITX)
