Hello,what CPU (am3/am3+) is the best combo for radeon HD 5450?
Going to use it for school works,surfing and play games that it can handle

The 5450 is a lower end card theres not much new it can play. If youre stuck on AM3+ the FX-6350 is a good value and will be fine with that. Just like I said remember that card won't really run many newer games.
