Upgrade my gtx 660 TI or buy a PS 4 ?

Hi guys i'm new here and need some help , by the end of the year i'll have around 800 usd and was thinking on upgrading my gpu , but with so many exclusives like The last guardian, Bloodborne, Uncharted, Final Fantasy , Kingdom hearts and so much more a PS4 comes to mind.

My spec are > Intel i5 3550, GTX 660 ti (DIRECTCU2), 8 gb ram 1333mhz, 1tb HDD and a 500w psu.

So what you guys think , should i buy a ps4 or a new gpu like a gtx 970 ? thanks and sorry about my bad english , i'm from Brazil and English is not my first language.

Because you're in Brazil the cheaper hassle-free route might just be with getting a PS4. If you upgraded your pc to a 970 you would definitely out-perform a console, but it's really all up to you.

PS4 ( 30 fps, 0 to no gameplay problems ) or PC ( 60 FPS at the expense of maybe running into issues involving poor optimization, etc )

im not sure it would be cheaper to buy a ps4. doesnt brazil have a ridiculous tax on them? something like 60% import tax.
and while the exclusives are sorta tempting there pretty much all there is.

personally i would jump at the 970 if there not taxing that heavily. if they are then ps4.
