Ok, so Im upgrading my Dell optiplex 760 by adding a GT 720. And I've been using an integrated intel chipset. So once I install my new GPU do I need to so something in the bios? Do I need to unninstal the drivers from my integrated GPU? Do I need to set it up in any way? Please let me know.

Solution
All you should need to do is install the card into the system, connect the monitor to the new card's output, boot your system and install drivers. My recommended procedure would be:

Download and save drivers for the new card.
Shut down your system.
Install the new card.
Connect your display to the new card.
Boot your system in Safe Mode.
Install the previously downloaded drivers.
Reboot your system normally.

You might boot up still using the integrated gpu at first so go to the bios and turn it off. If the GT 720 is working, just install the latest Nvidia drivers from their website and you should be good to go! Good luck!
