I've been fighting with this issue for days now. I have 6 USB ports in the back where I plug in keyboard, mouse, etc. They work fine with those peripherals. The front 2 ports, I normally use for USB drives and my gaming headset. Lately, the front two are giving me trouble. When I plug in a flash drive, windows makes the noise that indicated the device is detected, but nothing shows in my computer OR disk management. However, in device manager, it shows an error code 10. So my first instinct was to try another flash drive. Same issue. Tried a third, same issue. So it cannot be the drives themselves. Furthermore, while gaming, my headset works fine; I can hear game sounds and other teammates can hear me in the mic. I then tried a different front USB port connection on my motherboard. Alas, same issue. I also tried the flash drives in the back which again are known to be working, but still did not work. How in the world could my USB ports detect and use every single device I have EXCEPT for my flash drives all of a sudden? Please HALP! D:

Yes. I haven't messed with chipset drivers for a while now. Plus, just last week, my USB ports worked fine with flash drives. Haven't had hardware changes or messed with drivers either.
