My computer is a lenovo think pad windows 7 touch screen and it was given a work computer by broward county schools. After logging in it brings me to a blue screen with yellow words replying with there are currently no logon servers available to service the login request

The school should have tech support setup to help yoiu with this, but off the top of my head, it could have no internet access, and thus, can't find any servers to login to. If you need wifi, you probably have login to setup wifi. Plugging into a network cable should automatically give you internet, then try logging in.
