cpu heats up to 70 80 on prime95 is that too much?

i overclocked my fx 8370 to only 4.4 stock voltage i have a corsair hydro 105 applied the heat sink again perfectly and still same temperature i have a good case nzxt phantom with 7 fans

okay so i switched the fans from exhaust to intake ( on the hydro h105) and it reduced em by a lot.. i overclocked it to 4.612 now its at around 65 on prime95 but it's on stock voltage at only 1.296 on my 8370.. from what i read on the forums most people have to raise the voltage after 4.4 4.5 now is 65 still too much or am i fine on stress testing? (first oc i'm doing)

I overclocked it to4.7 and after using some different programs I realized that temp 1 was my motherboard .. now when stress testing cpu cores are at around 50 but motherboard which i thought was cpu is at 73 isn't that too much for a motherboard?
