so i basicly know very little when it comes to pc gaming but most of my games run all laggy and stutter with the sound echoing i ran a dxdiag and well have no clue what any of it means i just want my games to run smoothly i have a dell inspiron 19 touch windows 7 also is it safe to share your dxdiag results online?

Well to start it has horrible specs when it comes to gaming and it isnt even a real computer, its just a monitor with a tiny chip inside, not meant for complex tasks.
