What is the best Air CPU cooler?is it Noctua NH-D15 Akasa Venom medusa or hyper evo 212 or any other?

With the overclock you want to achieve I would definitely go for the NH-D15. I am pretty sure you should be able to fit a 240mm closed loop water cooler like the NZXT Kraken x61 in the top of your case, but the only real advantage to it would be looks. Performance would be about the same.

I would say Noctua NH-D15 is the best. the Akasa Venom Medusa is more visually appealing, since it doesn't use the famous "baby poop brown" fans that Noctua is notorious for, but not quite as good as the NH-D15. The hyper 212 evo is an excellent budget cooler, but the Cryorig H7 stole it's spot as king of budget air coolers. The H7 performs better, is smaller, costs the same, and is easier to mount than the 212 evo.

If you don't plan on overclocking, or are only going for a small to mid range overclock I would save some money and go for the Cryorig H7.

I'm planning to get i7 4790k OC it to around 4.7-5.0 Speed so Noctua NH-D15 will be good for it ?Don't really wan't watercooling beacuse ill have Big tower with 4x200mm fans(2 top 2 front) and 1x230mm fan on side of the case and some 120mm fans at back of the case.
