My ASUS GTX 750 TI graphics card is stuttering and I hear a whining noise that I'm pretty sure is coming from the card

So starting about a month ago I noticed a somewhat high pitched whining noise coming from inside my computer. I opened it up and listened inside and came to the conclusion that the noise is coming from my graphics card. The noise isn't really noticeable when I first boot up my computer, but once I get into a game the noise starts to get louder. I did some research and thought maybe it was coil whine? I couldn't come to a conclusion so I thought I would post here. I'm still not sure if its my graphics card though, I mainly play CSGO, and other FPS like that, could it have something to do with that?

Here are my specs
ASUS GTX 750 TI
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair RM 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

All inside of a
NZXT Phantom 530 (Black) ATX Case
With a
Acer GN246HL 144Hz 24.0" Monitor

If it is coil whine does anyone know how much longer my card will last? Or which part is causing the noise? And when the component finally dies what will it take with it? Like I heard that if your PSU dies of coil whine it will take your MOBO with it.

Thanks
