Is it a one-time thing or are you continuing to have this error?
What I recommend you try first is to disable the Origin-In-Game overlay (it's in the settings).
If that doesn't help, try to change your resolution, and put it borderless windowed/fullscreen depending on what your old setting was (Just change from one to the other).
