After looking for a decent graphics card for my rig I stumbled across this on Newegg:

This feels like way too much of a steal to be real.. I looked into the shipper and they have a lot of 1 stars and are based in china. The whole deal seems sketchy and I can easily see myself opening the box to find a cheap brand with no accessories. However just that chance of it being legit makes me want to buy it..
So my question is, does this look like a scam to you guys?
