My first time putting a system together, any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Is everything compatible? Is anything overkill? It will be mainly used for gaming, browsing and would like room to upgrade in the future. Secondly, should i attempt to put this bad boy together myself? I've never built a PC before, and certainly don't want to be making any critical mistakes along the way. If there's a high risk of frying parts or breaking things, i might just leave it to the pros. In saying that i would like the satisfaction of putting together my own rig. Should also mention i'm on a $1500 AUD budget, and i haven't included an OS yet.

First thing change the power supply to something of better quality. Evga b2 600 or xfx ts 550 are good cheaper choices. Antec and seasonic are also great.
to make room for a better power supply get a cheaper motherboard. Honestly the asus A is expensive for its tier. Go for aomething like extreme 3 or a gigabytes gaming 3.
The rest looks good. Msi 970 is great.

Awesome thanks for the advice! Do you recommend attempting to build this myself? I have a pretty good idea, just don't want to spend this much only to have it dramatically explode in my face. I've always wanted to build my own system.
