OK so i have never ran a server before and just recently sold my killer 4790K/970 build and built a AMD pc for the first time... i have never ran a server before and need a few questions answered... i would only have around 8-15 players max at once.
Is it possible to run a server and play the game on the same pc?
What hardware is most important while running a server? RAM and SSD?
I have a FX 9590 on the way (should be here within 5 days) and my watercooling loop... nova 1080 for overclocking my 9590 hopefully to 5.3GHz stable... adding cards later to the loop...
I can always pick up another 8GB 1600 RAM kit if needed..

In future, you might try a slightly more creative way of bringing your thread to the fore - some more information, perhaps?

Because i want an AM3+ pc and a X99 pc..
i didnt sell my pc for the amd build.. i sold my old Intel/nVIDIA watercooled build for around $2000 and built this AM3+ CFX build for around $1100 and kept my $900 profit for other things..
Now im going to start building a 5960X build with a 980Ti or 980 SLI and 32GB of DDR4 and use it as my primary for a 4K res.. i just wanted the best offerings from both.. and id rather not see AMD go bankrupt.. as im an intel fan but they still need a competitor.. But now we are off topic..
