All 16x slots are the same.They look something like this:

There is a small gap between the small pci slot and the large one.That is how you recognise 16x slot

Any motherboard and system will support any GPU if these requirements are met.
1- PSU- You system must have enough power.Maybe 50W extra.
2-16x slot- 16x slots are designed for GPUs, and you need atleast 2 or more if you are doing SLI.If not then 1 will be good.
3-Room- Your case needs to have enough room. Check the specifications of the said GPU for lenth.Then measure your case lenth and compare to GPU. Upgrade your ram to 8GB if you can.
