I would strongly suggest getting an SSD, you will cut down waiting times for booting and program loading from 1 minute to 10 seconds, it is a big difference.
Also the GTX960 is not bad, but if you want top performance at 1080p a GTX 970 will perform much better and last you longer.
changed the cpu cooler to a slighly better one that will match the red and white theme
ADDED SSD to speed normal usage and start up
changed graphics from 960 to a better 970 for maxing settings on 1080p
changed the power supply to one of the best you can find ebga g2 750, better than the g1 you were going with
changed the monitor to a 24" 60Hz.
If you can wait for Skylake, grab a shiny new i5-6600k, decent cooler for pwnage overclocks, an elegant ASUS or MSI Z170 motherboard, and a blazing-fast M.2 SSD. Drop in an evil GTX 980 while you're at it, too.
