Access the other Drives from The Internal Turned external HDD instead of Local Disk C

My Old Laptop recently broke down. Then I turned its Internal HDD Into an external one using a caddy. When I plug it into my New Laptop I'm only able to access The Local Disk C. There used to be two More drives But I don't know how to access them. Thanks in Advance.

If you are using Windows, you can see all of the attached drives that the OS recognizes in the Disk Management menu. If the drive is not labeled there, you may have some kind of connection issue.
