Help with finding computer parts (Motherboard, ram, maybe fan)

I am looking for a new Motherboard and while im on it im looking to get 16gb ram, the problem is ill need to find a mobo that works the the other components which im not changing and i also want this mobo to be overclock-able (this is the main reason why im changing Mobo).

Cpu: i5 2500k
Motherboard/Mobo: Gigabyte PH67-DS3
HDD: HD1TB Seagate SATA 6Gb/s* 64MB ST1000DM003
Gpu: Gtx 970
Power Supply: Antec VP550P 550W
CD/DVD reader: DVD±RW Samsung 22X DL Sva rt, Bulk, SH-222BB/BEBE
Computer case: kab BitFenix Merc Alpha Svart

Ok, so if anyone could help me it would be appriciated and also if anyone finds a new mother board + ram that would fit with the other components, is it suggested to get a better power supply aswell as a new fan for overclocking? and will i need to buy a new case aswell?

i was thinking about 350-400$ (mobo, fan, ram) if thats not to far fetched?

I was not able to remove or Edit My previous respond so ill have you a new answer (sorry). i was thinking about 300-350$ (mobo, fan, ram) if thats not to far fetched? And i prefer to buy from a swedish site called www.inet.se

www.inet.se has only one socket 1155 motherboard. ASUS H61M-F mATX

ASROCK Z77 Extreme4
This model is still available in the US, however you may not be able to find one in your country or a place that ships internationally. You are late to find a overclocking socket 1155 motherboard. You might not find anything available.

Inet Did not sell that card, if we ignore where i usually buy do you have any oc-able mobo that fits for i5 2500k and aswell as the other parts? I Also thought about this, if i were to change CPU in the future is there a mobo that would work for My overclocking aswell as a future new intel cpu? (Sorry for inconvinience, but i just also realised that i may need to change CPU when and if My i5 breaks or gets All to outdated)
