Epson XP-310 I changed cartridges/cleaned heads and still not printing???

Help! We haven't used the printer in a while so when it didn't print anything I changed the cartridges and cleaned the heads and it still won't print anything. Not sure how to fix this problem, anyone else have this issue?

Keep cleaning the heads. Sounds like the printhead is super clogged. there are usually instructions on how to do a deep cleaning if yourprinthead is removable on the manufacturers forums.
