For reference, here is my parts list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/29YhXL

I've had this issue for a while where when i boot up i have to manually select my boot drive (my ssd, by pressing F11). If i don't it'll boot up once and the next time i try to do it my usb slots won't work and ill get an error message saying that i have to select a proper boot drive and restart. Issue is i can't do anything but refresh and nothing will change.
Now, i can fix this by unplugging my HDD (which is in SATA slot 1, SSD is in SATA slot 2), turning on my computer, and then shutting if off and replugging it back in. Finally i have to reselect my drive during boot up.

I've tried changing the order of boot up devices, with my SSD being first. I've also tried disabling my HDD altogether, i tried switching SSD to SATA 1 slot and HDD to 2. Nothing. and i've also made sure my SSD is listed in the first slot under Hard disk drive BBS priorities.
Any help would be appreciated. I feel like im just overlooking something.
