What's a good computer case that has a divider in the case that seperates the motherboard from the PSU?

Solution
what you're looking for is the cooler master HAF XB EVO. it's like 2 mid towers stacked on their sides on top of each other. bottom one is for the psu, hdd's and internal optical drives. top half is for the mobo and all it's stuff. i have one and freaking love it. it is LARGE but cooling is awesome and space is everywhere.

very easy to get into and once the sides, and top are off, it makes for a nice test bench as well. plus with the mobo lying flat, that heavy cooler and gpu sit upright and don't stress the mobo like the normal case with the mobo vertical. i repeat though it is a big footprint. take a smallish mid tower and lay it on it's side. this is the footprint...
