Graphics card keeps crashing

My graphics card has been crashing lately and I'm getting quite annoyed about it. I have tried solving the problem by checking the temperature ( it's running at 30 degrees celsius ), I've cleaned out the dust that was built up in the case, and reinstalled the drivers. So far nothing has worked so I want to see what the experts at tom's hardware have to say about my problem. Please and thank you!

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (EVGA)
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
MB: ASUS Z97M-PLUS

Ok so that tells me its not a power issue (the most common cause of this kind of issue), more than likely you have a hardware issue (as in there is something wrong with the standard graphic processor on the GPU). How old is it, maybe you can warranty it?

It's ok I figured it out. It's a Thermaltake Power Supply 240-Pin 600 Power and the minimumn to power a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti is 300W so I wouldn't see why that's the problem

Yeah thats the right amount of power, however Thermaltake PSU's are actually very low quality. Did you check all the connections for external power to the card?

If the connections are good, did your card come with any power supply adaptors (that convert a 4 pin molex to a 6 or 8 pin card plug), it may be worth trying a different line on the PSU (by using that connector adaptor) and see if the problem replicates.

Alright I'll turn off my computer and see if the connections are good. Don't want to fuck my computer in the process

Opened up my computer to find out that the graphics card doesn't have any connectors to have it connect to the PSU. When building this computer I think I remember being confused with this so I assumed it ran off the power of the MB or something.

Just placed the graphics card into a diffrent PCI slot and after re-installing the drivers and everything it seems to be the same. The problem is that the graphics card doesn't crash all the time. It crashes from once every day to once every 2 or 3 days so I wouldn't be able to tell you if it fixed anything until it crashes again.

The thing is I don't recall it ever crashing when running the usual games I play ( CSGO, League of Legends, etc ). It only seems to crash when I'm browsing the internet and all of a sudden the screen goes black and spazzes out before successfully recovering. Sometimes it even reverts back to the default screen resolution of 800 x 600

I built this computer December 2014 so around 7 months. I wouldn't know if I have a warranty on it, but if I did where would I find information about it? Would it be in the manual or on the receipt?
