Buying R9 380, which power supply should i buy ?

the store recommended me the following power supplies, with the budget of 50 euros max:

It was also sugested that for 15 more euros i could buy the one linked below but i think that I dont need something that good especially since I´m counting on buying new pc in 3 4 years max:

yeah the objective is to save money, im trying to upgrade to a R9 380 more specifically the MSI armor 2GB version. My current pc specifications are already on the main post !!!
