Youtube lagging on Google Chrome

The strange thing is Twitch.tv is working fine at 1080p 60fps, yet YouTube not even 144p (vid quality) works smoothly. It can't by my internet, since Twitch is fine. Also I'm on the latest version of Google Chrome.

It works so fast holy crap, however I'd like to stick top Google Chrome. Any way to make it the same speed in Google Chrome?
Maybe my chrome is 32 bit? How do I check if its 32 bit or 64 bit?

I would make sure that you are using the same bit version of chrome as your os as this can make a huge difference. By default, chrome will download the 32 bit. If you have a 64 bit system, then download the 64 bit version. It should use html5 player rather than the flash player.

I just did a few days ago, but I kept the browsing data whatever that is. I'm going to try again but this time removing browsing data.

In incognito it works great, just saying. However in a regular tab with disabled extensions, still slow as ever.
