My pc is lagging really bad even my browser

Hey,
Have you installed any new programs recently? Open up Task Manager and make sure there are no applications hogging system resources (Check your CPU usage). Then download Realtemp or Core Temp and check your temperatures. Please post them here, if your temperatures are too high it could be that your computer is overheating and is throttling causing reduced performance. Have you moved any components recently? Check that all the fans in your case are running properly and that the CPU fan is not damaged or dead.

okey so my fans are good and i never totch anything inside.
cpu is on high usage so i dont know how to fix that. aswell its bit dirty but that is cleanable right??
Check which program is using up CPU resources. Then post it here. It could be an unwanted program, in that case you could uninstall it. Nonetheless, you have to make sure it is not a system critical application that you are uninstalling.
