Computer shuts off/restarts randomly

Why is this happening? It never happened before until my power went out during a windows update. My computer isn't hot either so i don't think overheating is an option either. Someone please help!

Try booting to safe mode with networking, it may be a corrupt driver or system file. In safe mode try running System File chek (go to command line as Admin and run the command SFC /SCANNOW also (probably at night it takes a long time run a disk chack, at command line as Admin run CHKDSK /r /f /C:

Worked just fine, haven't hat a surprise reboot in atleast 3 days since I tried this. Thank you!
