Computer Usage: Medium. I like to play CSGO, watch movies, do homework, and research.

1. What's a good motherboard that is compatible with these parts? Budget 45-75$
2. Are all my other parts compatible with each other?
3. Are my parts good for a -600$ build, or is there anything you would replace?
4. I don't plan on buying anything in my "optional" list at the moment, but I would like to hear your thoughts on whether I should. For example, do I need to buy the 212 Evo Cooler, or will the stock CPU cooler be good enough.
5. Thanks a lot for reading and any help.

I'm not planning on upgrading my computer. I plan on using this for around 5 years, then building a better one once I have more knowledge.

I'm looking for a motherboard with a form factor of ATX that can support 8 GB DDR3 RAM. I would like to buy a motherboard that has good reviews and reliability despite having a lower cost to it.
