Alt-Tab issue on League of Legends

Hi,

I've recently had an issue where if I alt-tab out of my League of Legends game, I cannot click on the icon to get back into the game or alt-tab back. This never has been a problem and I am hoping for a solution or else I have to force close the game and reopen it to just get back.

Some games that have issues with alt tabbing work better in fake full screen or Borderless. These modes are Windowed, but with the window size so big that it takes the full screen and the normal titlebar/border removed.

It looks just like Full Screen, but has the advantage of faster alt tabbing.

Give it a try and see if it works for you.

Adding up on what nukemaster said, unfortunately, borderless full-screen isn't supported by all games natively. Some just run either in full-screen or windowed modes.
For those specific games, you need an external app that will force such a video mode.

This one is open source, for example, but there should be plenty of paid options, should you want one (this one is also on Steam for a couple bucks, but the app itself is free. They're just letting you buy it, should you want to support the project).
Keep in mind, although, that even with such an application it won't be all bells and whistles; some games just refuse to run borderless
