Hello! I am a complete noob to PC gaming and was wondering what desktop PC I should buy for playing games such as CS:GO and League of Legends. My price range is anywhere from 0 to 600 dollars. Thanks!

Cs Go is very well optimized game . These specs are perfect for Mid Gaming
Intel core i3 4150/ 130$
500 HDD /60$
Ram 8gb 1600/ 65$
Corsair VS 550/ 60$
DVD Rom /20$
DH61WW /50$
Nvidia Gtx 750 Ti/ 160$
So its a total of 545$

Here, get this refurbed PC, it has the core components you need, and the parts to upgrade are really easy to do, just pull out the old and put in the new:

Take out the old ram stick and put in this 8gb kit (DO NOT MIX THEM, it won't work out good)

And then plug in this GPU:

Totalling only $475, and it's basically the same as what Hadi suggested but with a bigger HDD.
