I want to play some high end graphics games on my pc plz tell me which game to play
My pc specs is
2.4 ghz core 2 quad 8 mb cache
4 gb ram
2 gb nvidia geoforce gtx 610
Which high end games i can play plz tell me

You can't play any of them without upgrading the video card and RAM.

The CPU is also slow for modern games, and with 4 gig of RAM, combined with the older platform is the final nail in the coffin.

For low settings you can get a Radeon 7750, that should match the CPU decently, likely anything faster you will have a bottleneck with the CPU. If you max out the CPU on the motherboard to something like a Q9850, an R7 250X or 260, or an NVidia 750 Ti should be decent to get for games, or the 7750 if you can't afford things, but you need to be ready to run at like 20 frames on low.

The short answer is almost none of the modern titles. You can play them, but don't expect it to be a high end experience. You'd have to turn everything way down to low on the newest games. It's better to save up some money and buy a PC that is designed around playing games.
