Display language changed to english, but installing programs still in another language :S

I've managed to change my display language to English everything is in English, but when I install something eg. Norton it is still coming up in Swedish, even though I picked English for setup, this has occurred over a number of programs when installing is there anyway to change this? without having to reinstall windows 7 + 8 upgrade?

When you are about to install a program it always asks you which language you want it in. Do you ever change that?

Otherwise you can just go into a program's settings and change it from there.

Ah nevermind I've fixed it, after seeing so many posts about language changes ive never seen this it was simple so ill post it just incase..

Click "Advanced Settings"

Click "Apply Language to the Welcome screen, System accounts and new user accounts"

Click "Copy Settings"

Tick the 2 boxes "Welcome Screen and User accounts" + " New user accounts"

Then Click "Restart Now"

After removing and re-installing my all my software in Swedish everything is good, this shouldn't of taken me this long to figure out :pfff:

Thanks for responding, unfortunately with Norton I selected English download but it still appeared in Swedish during installation with no option to change language during or after the install, luckily some other programs had that choice on install, I've managed to fix it now and now programs no longer suggest my system language is still Swedish
