1.processor- AMD sempron 145 AM3 2.8g1
2.RAM - 2GB ddr3
3.SMPS -450 w
4.OS -windows 7

My motherboard spec:- http://

And graphic card spec :- GEFORCE gtx 750ti 2gb ddr5 (BRAND's- Nvidia,Zotac or msi)

Will it work on my PC?

if it will work ,will i be able to play games like BF4 ,watchdogs far cry4 etc ....??

With an AMD sempron 145 and 8gb of RAM? Doubtfully...

So, sorry to say but no. It's just too much of old build to be playing games of that caliber.

Yes but not well, you may want to consider upgrading your RAM to around 8gb @ 1833Mhz clock speed at minimum and since the 750Ti was a powerful graphics card of its time it may be wise to get a CPU upgrade to the FX-6300 (again at minimum though, I'd personally recommend an FX-8320 or 8350 if you want to stick with AMD CPUs).Though, if I'm honest a whole system refurbishment would be in my mind as that motherboard is kind of... Lackluster for what you have planned for it.

i know my PC is much older.

but will i able to play games like battlefiled 4 and all??
will it work fine ?
