I currently built a PC and installed a CPU cooling system corsair 100i on top of my CPU. When the system starts up, the fans go on high for about a second or so, but then they immediately slow to a crawl. What worries me is when im playing games with intense graphics(i have a 980 ti) and the cpu heats up(70 ish) the fans never kick back on, plus I've heard people complain the fans are loud on the 100i so I feel like mine is functioning properly. Any tips?
