Frequent Ping Spikes and Random Disconnects from the Router

Hi guys, I have this ongoing problem with the wireless connection to the router. Tried searching on Google but was unable to find a solution. I am using a Windows 8 labtop with "intel centrino wireless-n 135" running the lastest driver. The router is a D-Link DIR-615. The wired Internet connection is perfectly smooth.

The wireless connection however, has random small ping spikes fairly often, as shown below (pinging both the router and google.com):

This is still bearable, but what's really bugging me is that sometimes, I seem to be completely disconnected from the router:

After about 30 seconds, the connection returns normal. I don't think is due to weak signal strength or other WIFI interference, because this is what I got after using "WIFI analyser" on my phone (My WIFI is called "Zack Attack"):

Any suggestion on the cause of the problem and how to fix it? Thanks very much!
