Z77X-D3H, what does this "Beep Code" mean?

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H
Graphic card: Readon HD-7970
CPU: i7-3770k

One day my Computer just started making a 10 second repeatedly short beep, without stop, then after 10 seconds it's rebooting then doing the same thing over and over again.

Thanks, tried to switch the RAMs then it would start without any beep codes, but now my monitor just view "No signal" then "Entering sleep mode":

Harddrive: HDS 2000GB Seagate/Samsung SATA3 64mb
SSD Samsung 830 256GB
PSU: RaidMax RX-850AE 80+ Gold
Operative System: Windows 8

Didnt work with the single RAM.
It seems like nothing is working, while on, the USB aren't on, and seems like the monitors arent aswell.
