I posted a previous thread here about the problem I've been having for over a week now; please take a quick moment to skim through it so you know the basis of my problem:

I figured out its the AMD drivers. 15.7 and all below. I did a complete restore of my PC files. Before I installed the AMD drivers, I could watch YouTube videos in 1080p with no buffering just fine. AS SOON as I installed AMD 15.7, the lag was back. Videos wouldn't buffer at ANY quality, and my games would LAG. Wtf do I do? I need those drivers to play any of my games, and watch certain videos elsewhere besides YouTube, but they kill my computer with lag. Why? I've tried installing older drivers such as 15.5 and lower to make sure it wasnt just a 15.7 issue, but now they all slow my PC. I never once had this problem befroe, why suddenly does AMD kill my PC?
