I would call that pretty good.
Many providers in my area have much slower upload speeds.

If you have any concerns over your speed, most isp's do list what they are supposed to be offering you. You can compare that to what you are getting.
Remember they like to use upto so if they say upto 25 megabits it may not always be 25, but should be close(sometimes it may actually be faster). Also distance to websites plays a roll. So getting data half way around the world is not as fast as to the next city.
