Can my PC run an AMD Radeon HD 7700?

Hi, Ive been wanting to get a new graphics card for a while and was wondering if my PC could handle an AMD Radeon HD 7770 or 7790.

I currently run a Dell PC:
Intel Xeon CPU W3530 @2.8GHz
12 GB Ram
1 6 Pin (That I know of)
500w

you didn't mention the motherboard. Considering current generation of motherboards, your PC can handle HD 7790 though u should go for R7 360 which is about the same price but with more features and some improvement in performance. But I think your CPU might bottleneck the GPU. PSU is sufficient though.

My motherboard is a Dell Precision WorkStation T3500
Im looking for a graphics card that can allow me to play games like Skyrim and record or stream at a reasonable FPS. I will look into the R7 360.
