Need to choose a new GPU

This is my current build, http://pcpartpicker.com/user/TheMightyH/saved/p4yLrH, I am looking to upgrade my GPU for under $450. I know i will need a new PSU but that can easily be done. I am also playing on a Samsung Tv, http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-UN32EH5000-32-Inch-1080p-Model/dp/B0071O4ETQ for my monitor.

R9 390
R9 390X
GTX 980

Remember to overclock 'em.

You might need to buy a better PSU + AMD R9 390, should be enough to spend less than $450

Which one do you personally recommend? Also, would my CPU/MOBO bottleneck these cards?

yes, 390 is a bit better than 970, and it has 8GB VRAM vs 3.5 on 970, but 390 does use more power
