Aimbient temperature affect cpu under load ?

So recently literally after one night I noticed that my cpu temperature is reaching 68c on spikes, usually around 55-58c in gaming and then he spikes on 62/64 and even 68 sometimes. I never had temperatures above 63c, that was highest number at the end of the day which I had since I bought i7 4770k.

Current room temperature is usually around 28-33c, during winter I had those old temperatures but with ~ 22c in room.

Is it normal to expect with every 1c in room to increase 1c on cpu under load aswel ? I thought that might be malware but I tried cleaning PC and nothing is wrong there, on idle its on 30-35c and with Chrome on 40+ as always.

Getting those +5c doesnt mean that something went wrong right ? I hate removing evo212 to apply paste but its still around ~2year after originall applying I dont see reason why would I get problems there.

Ambient temperatures will of course affect your CPU temperatures. Your CPU cooler is using ambient air to extract heat away from the CPU, so if ambient temps go up the cooler has a harder time dissipating heat, resulting in higher CPU temps under load.

I just have feeling that temperatures in room were same and 5 days ago and I didnt had those temperatures. I will try cooling down this room tonight and do test tomorow morning. If I still have same temperature even on -5c ambient room then something is wrong, correct ? I mean would thermal paste increase temperature from once or that is happening 1c by 1c slowly ?
