I fiddled around with my graphics card yesterday because i was cleaning all the components in the pc and reinstalled windows (windows has nothing to do with the problem)

And when i put it all together again there was no display (My screen started as if it detected a signal but can't find any video sources) i have tried 2 different monitors that work when i use the Intel HD 4600 internal graphics.

I have removing the Cmos battery and putting it back again. I have also tried using another graphics card (Geforce 9700gt) and it worked well.

I have also tried using both HDMI, Dvi and displayport. The graphics cards fans start spinning as usual and the "special crossfire mode" LED works as usual when i press it down (i just did so to check if it was recieving power)

I replaced the thermal compound on the gpu, and accidently bumped on some transistors on the backside of the GPU. So it might be dead.

If anyone helps me i would be a happy man once more, since i won't have to buy a new one :/
