I changed some stuff in system32 and almost non of my games work anymore

So i changed permissions for my system32 folder (or syswow64) And now most of my games stopped working. You guys have anyfixes?
Some specs:
Cpu: Fx6300
Gpu: Amd 280x with 15.7 drivers
8 gb ram
1 tb hdd
and i'm running windows 8,1

Well i think i changed the permission to a other person. I'm gonna try to change it right now. And i did it because my gta v didn't work and saw a weird tutorial to fix it. So changed permission

You followed some video telling you to change it?
And for your GTA...did it work before? Where did you get it from?

It was like a video that told me to uninstall directx. And i couldn't uninstall it. So i changed permissions so that i could delete all the d3d files. That didn't seem to work because i couldn't remove them. It's hard to explain (got my gta v working by installing d3dgear)
