As the title says my new first build beeps every 5 seconds as it does the CPU fan has a little flick and as this happens the pc turns off and on at the same time the beeps happen.
The DRAM LED light never turns on ive tried waiting and holding the button for a while and nada.
My GPU isn't the problem because yesterday the same thing happened with it inside and this time I didn't put it in and same results.
On PCPartPicker all the parts were compatible. Could it be my PSU is too weak?

Sidenote: If I look at other's completed builds on pcpartpicker they have the same ram, mobo, gpu and their's works but not mine.
